I like it's strength i used in gym its easily lift 50 kg...i couldn't try more than 50 but ya its easily able to liftt.....

It's very sturdy so no need to worry about the structural integrity of it. It also feels much more challenging than pull ups on a smooth bar. If you're creative enough, theres plenty more exercises to do with it.
