Great buy. Using for my 64 oz water jug, not for ice baths
My under Armour water jug does not stay as cool as I would like. With summer coming I had the idea to somehow make a block of ice that could fit in my jug. I wanted to prep my water jug at night and it still be somewhat cold in the morning. I happened upon this ice mold. This was the smallest mold that I could find for a good sized ice block. I fill it a little over half way and once frozen the block fit perfectly in my jug. The ice came out very easy.

Large ice blocks
He purchased a cold plunge so we bought trays to make big ice blocks. The kids also like them during the summertime to put in the pool just something fun and different. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

Work great. Freeze water to ice. Use them for a cooler at work. Water is ice cold

It’s an ice mold.
If you give it less than 5 stars you’re doing something wrong. It’s putting water in a mold and freezing it. It takes about 8-12 hours to freeze enough to take out and let continue to freeze through. That’s what I do when prepping for an ice bath over a couple of days. You can buy more but it isn’t necessary.

These worked great! They hold he water and deform with how the water freezes.
I used these 4 to make blocks of ice for a road trip. they keep a cooler cold and melt as needed. The ice can be broken and smashed as needed. I took two on the trip. With a mini frig only the top and bottom froze, with a standard freezer we were able to make 3 ice blocks daily per silicon block mold. These lasted 36 hrs. IF ice blocks stacked together they last longer. Well worth the purchase. The ice blocks also fit into some water bottles.

Great Ice, But a Struggle to Get Out and Takes Up Too Much Freezer Space!
Recently purchased a cold plunge and got these for that purpose. Living in Florida, needed the larger ice packs, so I was pretty excited to try out the extra large ice blocks. You need at least 4 to get 80 gallons of water down 20 degrees in temperature. The size of the ice blocks is great – they last a pretty long time, which is perfect for those hot, humid days. The mold itself is easy to fill, and I appreciate the simplicity of the design.But....getting the ice out is a bit of a hassle. Sometimes the blocks don’t release easily, and I have to run the mold under warm water, which kind of defeats the purpose when you’re trying to keep things cold. Plus, it takes up a lot of freezer space, so if you’ve got a smaller freezer, be prepared to rearrange things.Overall, the ice blocks are fantastic when you finally get them, but the effort to get them out and the space it takes up are definite drawbacks. It’s good, but not quite the convenient solution I was hoping for with my cold plunge.
