Easy to make overnight oats with great nutrition
I love overnight oats but can't be bothered with the hassle of adding multiple ingredients to make them. With this high quality product from Linwoods, a reputable nutritional brand, making overnight oats is easy. Just add milk (I use soya milk), and whatever fruit you have to hand. Keep in the fridge overnight and breakfast is made. I look forward to breakfast every morning with these. No need for honey as the sweeteners added to the oats are subtle but not overpowering. Just wish they made bigger bags!

Easy to use but underwhelming in taste or any energy effects. Honestly I'd rather just buy cheap oats and add frozen berries.
