Adjustable size makes it nice for the wrist and even can drape around the neck or shoulder. Easy to use. I have bad joints, so actually will lay this over the top of my feet/toes and use another grounding mat for the bottoms of both feet. I feel this works if used often.Great quality and great price!

I use my wrist a lot on my job. This is really help keep the pain minimal. This is the second time I bought it. I bought the first one back when I first have my baby and because of lifting her my wrist had a lot of pain.

I tested with electronic tester and found that the band did have grounding, BUT it grounded on the outside! Since there is only one way to snap the band on the wrist, the one I received anyway, does not work apparently due to assembly or construction error.

Like several others have mentioned here, when I tested continuity, the side opposite the snap was grounded. Easy fix, just turn it inside out from the picture but if I hadn’t tested it, it would’ve been useless. Hope you guys have multimeters before using.

Nice grounding strap, has a long cord. I wish it was a little longer but fits ok around my wrist.

I love this grounding strap, I use a grounding blanket every night to sleep, but when I travel it’s too big to take with me this is perfect to travel with. It does the same thing as my blanket.

Antes de comenzar a usar el producto le pedí a mi esposo medir con su amperimetro y pudimos comprobar que si funciona al conectarlo, luego de 5 días de uso puedo decir que mi calidad de sueño a mejoradopor lo que mi día es más tranquilo, espero seguir sintiendo cambios favorables en mi salud, solo lo uso en las noches mientras veo la tv como 40 minutos.
