This is a great bowl to take a salad or granola, yogurt and fruit somewhere. The bowl is large and room. There is a shallow top area to store things that might get soggy if mixed together before eating, and there is a small container to hold salad dressing or a sauce of some time. I think it's great. It is not insulated, which would be nice to keep what's in there cold, but it is sturdy and stays sealed.

Perfect for bringing healthy food to work. I put a salad in the bottom bowl and use the top portion for cooked foods like vegetarian sausage, roasted butternut squash, etc. that I heat up in the microwave on a plate and add to my salad. The small container is perfect for nuts, seeds, hummus if you don’t use dressing. Easy to wash and doesn’t retain smell. Worth the sale price!!
