I absolutely love this stuff!! Before I started taking it, my hair was coming out in small clumps! Since taking this, 1 week in, and the shedding stopped! My scalp stopped itching!So I’ll keep going because I already see a change! The taste is good also! Taste like berry vitamin water! The msm/biotin doesn’tDissolve very well so you will be with some residue on the bottom of your cup or bottle so just stir it a little bit and and chug it down and to get rid of the gritty feeling in your mouth, just have a sip or two of water after and you will be just fine!!

it was a powder when I received it but the desiccant does not prevent it from becoming this exploded granola. Very hard to dissolve in water. I wanted this product to work but it's obviously a mess
