Great product. I have gained muscle using this product

I’ve noticed I stay calm when I’m at work but I’m not getting any more energy.

Typical capsule size. I got these for my husband to try because he is experiencing that slump that comes with middle age. He was taking one of the Nugenix brand products, but they got to be too expensive with all of the other rising costs these days, so I was really hoping that these would be a more cost-effective solution to help him. To be clear, absolutely nothing in the advertising or description of this product mentioned Nugenix or any other comparable products that I know of. I did a little armchair research and came up with the idea on my own based off of that.I didn't give my husband a complete rundown of all of the listed benefits for these, so that I could get a response that was less affected by expectation. When I asked him how he felt after about 2 weeks of consistent use, here is what he said:"I didn't really feel that different, but then one day I forgot to take it and I was really dragging all day."I asked him how he felt after a weekend of chopping up wood (normally his back would be killing him because he has a lot of spine issues). He said his back felt tight but it wasn't as bad and didn't last as long as he would have expected.I asked him if he felt calmer, and his response was "I'm a pretty calm guy anyway" (which is true). So I asked him if he noticed himself feeling calmer in rush-hour traffic - which got a very emphatic no. So we haven't found the cure for big-city rush hour traffic frustration.Overall, I think these do help with some stuff, like energy and recovery. In his own words, the effects weren't as pronounced as what he felt on the Nugenix, but he did notice having more energy.Hope this helps someone else considering this product.
