Monte Carlo 3MAVR70BK Maverick Max Energy Star 70'' Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Remote Control, 3 Balsa Wood Blades, Matte Black

We absolutely LOVE this fan. It is easy to install for someone who is used to working with electrical wires and hardware. The fan blades are beautifully made and there is almost zero noise when in motion. I would make sure to measure for the size of your fan blades. We originally ordered a 60" fan for our open air living room at a previous home and it was perfect. For our new house, we ordered the 70" (no light) and thought our master bedroom with high ceilings could hold the size. (note: we have a larger bedroom with high ceilings and the fan works but the 70" is a touch too big.) The 70" would be wonderful in a larger/open air room with high ceilings. We ended up ordering a 12 inch extension rod to give the blades extra space from the slanted ceiling. I would still HIGHLY recommend this product. It is very much worth the cost. High quality for sure. It is almost like a 'piece of furniture' all by itself.

Gorgeous fan, we are really happy with it. There was one point where the directions were a little vague- but we figured it out on our own. Very quiet & yet powerful. Multi- speeds and love the reverse feature using the remote— wow. Our fan is high up and still have on medium high speed.

I was worried the fan would overtake the room. It does not. It is beautiful and a statement piece. It is smooth and very quiet. I can't say enough good things about it.

Really great looking fan in my cedar covered patio. Lightweight, and relatively easy to install. Two reasons why it did not rate higher. First and foremost is airflow. My little palm leaf fan from Harbor Breeze puts out more air seriously! Even with Maverick Max on high speed, no way this fan puts out 5,000+ CFM unless you have a tailwind. Must really need a Big A__ fan after all? Second complaint was mounting screws sent with the unit was long wood screws. I was mounting to a metal 4" round box. Had to go out and buy some screws from Home Depot. It's a $500+ fan, how about a few mounting options in hardware?

These are very pricey but they are reliable and quiet. Not hard to install. They also push a lot of air around. Thumbs up!

Works as it should. Not that hard to install

It's bold, beautiful and absolutely silent. Perfect to watch TV to in the living room. I have a 52 inch palm tree fan in my bedroom. They both put out about the same amount of air. But, I intentionally want some noise in my bed room while I sleep.

Bought this fan got a newly installed porch, it really tied in well with the ceiling. Puts out a nice air flow and is a beautiful statement piece. I am considering buying another for my family room. Make sure to buy the rod as standard ones from box stores will not work.
