I initially bought it as a back-up pen, but it ended up becoming my main pen! It’s incredibly responsive on my Kobo Libra Color, and I really love having two buttons at my fingertips instead of just one and having to flip the pen for the eraser. The writing “quality” has been great, even with a paper-like screen protector on my Kobo. I can’t fully attest to the battery life, except for saying that in the month I have used it, I have not needed to change it. I pick the pen up several times throughout my 8-hour+ day, and it’s always instantly “awake” and ready to use. The price is so great, I have actually considered buying a second one just in case I leave this one at home one day. Strongly recommend!

I bought this to use with my KOBO Libra Colour. It is compatible and works perfectly.

As stated, works great with the Pro 4 on a fresh Windows 11 installation.So far my only cons are in forward planning where the battery is concerned. AAAA's are not typical stock for most stores so they have to be ordered. The other detractor is that there is not even the smallest LED to indicate when the stylus is active, or sleeping. The battery I received in this package was at full capacity, so the only question is how long it will last before it needs replacement (which depends on usage), then decide if it is better to get more disposable alkaline batteries or rechargeable ones.The catch 22 one has to weigh when considering this product is: yes, for the same money one could get a USB C rechargeable and not have to mess with batteries - but - that device might have a limited lifespan and are not typically designed to be user serviceable so you would have to replace it when its battery dies.In case anyone missed it, as I almost did, the description states this stylus is rated for 180 days with ~2 hours a day usage (or 360 hours total, which is about 45 days with ~8 hours a day usage) with a single battery - so about 8 batteries a year if you are using it 'professionally'. I do not use mine nearly that much, so only time will tell how long it will last for me.If I forget to do it myself, feel free to have amazon ping me in a few (3-4) months to update my review in regards to battery life vs usage.

it worked fine for 3 months and then it started giving problems. it now stops working until i press the "control" button a few times. it will work for a while and then it stop again until i press the control button again. changing the battery doesn't help. i tried an Energizer battery and also a Duracell.I wrote to the seller to replace it under their 12 month warranty. i have yet to hear from them.P.S. the seller did respond and sent me a new pen. So far it is working fine. Hence the change in the rating.

I really liked the connectivity feature of this Pen because, only thing i had to dowat put batteries and it was ready to use. If they made the buttons a little bit more comfortable it Would have been much more better.

it worked for like 3 weeks and then stopped working. changed the battery and still completely doesn't work at all. waste of money

This Metapen Stylus Pen M2 works well with my Surface Duo.The quality is very good, it sits nicely in my hand and charging is easy.I will update this review should there be any durability issues.
