Could not recommend this punchbag enough, it’s fantastic! I have recommended it to so many friends, who have gone on to purchase, it is very good quality, I just fill it with water and I have my heart rate monitor on and it definitely gets me in the high zone, so you are definitely burning a lot of calories using it.I have kept it outside covered and it’s absolutely fine, very easy to assemble, it definitely can take punches and kicks.

The quality of the bag is good, not sure how it compares to the bags that are 3 times the cost but it does the job.The base is reasonably sturdy but I have managed to knock the bag over a few times so for the real hard hitters among you, beware.One thing to note is the base arrived a couple of days after the bag. I was a tad worried about this but after contacting the supplier, they confirmed it does come as two separate deliveries.Considering the times, this was a pretty quick delivery. This is a good buy for those who are missing their boxing or karate clubs during the lock-down.

The boxing bag came within a couple of days, so super quick delivery. Both parts arrived together and it was so simple to put together - you really only need a socket set (I’m a single woman, living alone & I managed it very easily on my own). I decided to fill it with sand for stability & that did take a little while as the fill hole is fairly small, but it was worth the perseverance as it does keep the bag firmly in the ground whilst I train. I use this 3-4 times a week and it’s been brilliant. I’d recommend if you are looking for a quality bag at a reasonable price. Perfect for a woman’s workout anyway!!

Me and my boy love knocking hell out of the bag bit tricky putting the sand in second bag was kiln dried sand poured straight in.

Very sturdy and value for money great buy

Sturdy enough for my 11 year old son and perhaps up to 15 years old. V easy to set up. Bag itself is already filled and feels sturdy. Would need gloves to work the work for any length of time. We are keeping this outdoors, so I duct taped some refuse bin plastic to the cardboard box it came in for a waterproof cover. Base easily fills with water - the hole is large enough to insert a garden hose.

Brilliant product but went a bit crazy do doing some stupid jumping roundhouse kicks with the kids and couldn't walk for the next week, lmao

As with most its very difficult to fill the opening is to small to fill with sand can only do a small scoop at a time with a home made funnel, would be easier if your happy to fill with water but we want ours inside so prefer sand

Facile a monter et pour le moment, très solide! Bien penser à mettre du sable dans la base pour le maintenir en place. pour ma part j'ai mis 35 kg de sable.Par contre, l'ouverture pour le remplissage est toute petite, il a fallut des heures pour doucement mettre mes 35 kg de sable, avec un entonnoir...Mais le sac fait bien le job!

Sac de boxe arrivé dans les temps, neuf (le plastique dur du pied était un petit peu "éraflé" au niveau du trou pour mettre l'eau ou le sable, mais c'est un petit détail qui ne gêne pas à l'utilisation), donc dans l'ensemble je suis quand même très satisfaite ! Un bon sac pour un prix raisonnable.
