BcbAdventure Fire Dragon Solid Fuel (6 x 27gm Tablets) by BCB ADVENTURE

I bought these for use with the BCB Fire Dragon Multi-Fuel Cooker, which is a lightweight metal folding backpack stove. The stove will hold three of the fuel blocks in their packaging.I set up the stove, put a pot with 300ml of cold water (and a lid) on the stove and lit the fuel block. The block lit easily and very quickly it was fully alight. It produced a large flame and little in the way of fumes. It took 6 minute and 40 seconds to bring the 300ml of water to a rolling boil, and the flames finally went out after a total burn time of 12 minutes 34 seconds. Bearing in mind this was carried out in windless conditions, I would estimate a fuel block would give a good 8 to 10 minutes of usable flame and should be easily capable of boiling a full 500ml. However, using them for anything other than boiling water might not be practical.For a first time using these fuel blocks I was quite impressed. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent kit, if not fluctuating price, wold be the best.

Only took about a minute and a half before it had burned out, not 8 minutes as advertised.
