Well made and perfect size!
I’ve had a travel pro carry on bag for years and love it. Travel Pro is the best. I needed a slightly smaller bag that would fit under the bed in our RV. I bought this bag along with a small Travel Pro carry on bag that can fit under the seat. Both bags together are perfect. I’ll be able to bring more on flights than with my older bag yet they seem more compact and will easily stow over head/under seat on most airlines. They are super light weight and sturdy. My 15” laptop fits in the under seat bag perfectly, with plenty of room left for cables, toiletries, a change of clothes, etc. so now on my upcoming cross country RV trip I will have a bag packed and ready to go if I have to fly anywhere for work along the way. And it all stows away under the RV bed. Awesome!

Finally a lightweight bag that is actually lightweight!
As a senior elderly woman, i love that this bag is really light weight. I also love tha zippered pockets that allow easy access to items in those pockets. It is a well made, well thought out bag that is easy to wheel through the airport and lift into the overhead compartment.

Great Carry-On Bags!
I purchased the orchid 19" and the under seat carry on in 2023 and have used it on a few trips ( 7 & 10 days). One trip was to multiple states/lodgings where we changed locations every couple of days. Not only could I fit all of my clothes and accessories in both, I didn't find it difficult to work out of the bags. It was a plus to be able to carry both onto the plane and not check luggage. Packing smartly is a necessity for week-long+ trips! I've rolled clothes and stacked. Both ways worked. I even had room for extra clothes that I didn't wear. The bags have held up well. The only thing that I found a bit challenging was when I stacked the bags they could fall over (not always). However, that's probably because of how I packed! The 19" with wheels rolls nicely and the underseat duffle did fit under the airplane seats. I would definitely recommend.

So far so good
I just got this suitcase - the 19 in max lite 5, and it’s packed for an upcoming trip. It’s very lightweight and rolls smoothly on its 4 wheels. I looked for info on how to change the 3-digit numeric lock on the side, and found NO info on how to do so within the Q&A here or within any enclosed documents. I googled it and found the answer. For those of you who have this suitcase with the locking mechanism on the right side of the bag (when the front of the suitcase is facing you), it should have arrived with the 2 zipper lock-loops placed into the locking mechanism and the bag thereby locked - that’s how mine came. I noticed the 3 digits all said 0-0-0 but I couldn’t pull out the 2 zipper lock loops. What you have to do is (while the numbers are still set to 0-0-0), push up on the black raised lever below the numbered combo - it’s the part that says TSA007 and has the silver circular key lock for tsa to use in the center. When you push up on the black lever piece, the 2 lock-loops for the 2nzipper pieces should pop out. To change the combo from 0-0-0: While the lock-loops are out and the combo is at 0-0-0, use a small pointy device (I used the tip of a ball point pen) to press in the small button directly ABOVE the top 0 of the 0-0-0. The tiny button will stay pressed in when you remove your pen. Say you want to set it to 9-8-7. Decide whether you want the 1st digit 9 at the bottom (closest to the tsa circular lock) or at the top (closest to the reset button). Set each of the 3 numbers to the new code, with the numbers centered directly below the reset button. (Maybe take a picture of your new code at this point!) Now push up on the black tsa lock lever below your combo number - the reset button should pop out and your new number has been set. Try changing one of the numbers slightly, and then push the tsa lever - it shouldn’t move because you don’t have the right code. Now change the number back so you have your new code centered. The black tsa lever should slide up right up to the bottom of the lowest number in the combo - your lock is open. Now try putting the 2 zippered lock loops into their slots of the lock. They will go in regardless of whether you have the correct combo code showing or a different code. If you have a different code showing, you’ll have to move the dial to the correct code before the black TSA lever will slide up… Sometimes I noticed that even when I have the correct code showing and push up the lever, the 2 zippered lock loops don’t automatically pop out. Sometimes they do… If they don’t, while you have the black TSA lever pushed up (holding it up with your thumb), reach over with your other fingers and gently lift the ends of the zipper lock-loops up and they’ll release. I hope this helps those who have the side locks present on their suitcase who, like me, were wondering how to change the combo code! Note: the process should be the same for those having 4 numbers on their suitcase lock…

Small and light
Nice little carryon for short trips and fits size restrictions of most international carriers. I appreciate not needing a large area for opening this suitcase and it’s nice to have pockets on the front for smaller things. However, if heavy items like books or a laptop are in the front pocket the bag becomes unbalanced and can tip over when you let go of it - especially if you have your personal item on the handle of the case for rolling around. Still a great bag, rolls very well, easy to put into overhead bin because it is lightweight and has multiple sturdy grab handles.

High quality
Beautiful, everything seems to work as described, lightweight and wheels are a dream. Will update after trip if not.

Great looking, durable and holds more than I expected
Five star product in every way though I do wish there was an extra compartment inside or that the net area was split into two separate areas like some luggage. The size is perfect for international flight. I do not want to check luggage and airlines have been cracking down on size. Since using this I'm much more confident and don't have to hide it behind me when the airline staff starts scoping out people's luggage for last minute checking. The color is awesome (slate green) and it looks great after several overseas trips with a lot of different packing and unpacking. The size is smaller than my last, which was about an inch and a half larger, but this holds just as much. One thing I like - despite the shorter size, the bottom is closer to the ground than my last few, so the interior space is pretty much equal.

It's a great carry-on luggage that will last a long time. Pros: -It's very light -Inside compartments makes organizing easier -On the smaller side of carry-on so it will never fail the carry-on size test -Looks very nice and can be used for business and vacation travels -Got beat up a few times - saw airport baggage workers throwing stuff around for transport lol. It still looks brand new Cons: -The wheels, while work well enough, feel somewhat cheap?? -If you travel more than 4 days at a time, the size 20 isn't for you - it will not have enough space for your stuff

Haven't used it yet but I did a test pack when I received it and from that it holds a good amount. Perfectly adequate for a short trip in winter or longer in summer with less bulky items. Very nice colour and great quality zips/materials. Obviously can't speak to durability but there's no obvious issues with materials, seams or hardware. The wheels are super smooth, even on carpet. Very pleased.

Well made suitcase, which is suitable for up to three nights away. Plenty of pockets and zipped areas to keep items seperate. It's very light and easy to manouver, either on two wheels or four.

Te quality feels great. But the zippers could flow more.
