Good bands but weaken over time.
I use these bands everyday. The resistance is quite good. But over time, the bands start to weaken. It is definitely worth getting these to stretch

The media could not be loaded. Colors are great . Even says the level of resistance on each band,stretch very well and strong, really versitile for different exercises, portable and has its own small bag to carry them in. I love these . The price eas even better!

just fine for a beginner!
These obviously aren't going to be AMAZING for the price and what they're offering, but I'm just starting to work out more frequently and they do the job perfectly well. They feel flimsy, but I've yet to snap one after regular use for a month or so now.

The media could not be loaded. This is excellent! Six different bands with six strengths from x-light to x heavy. And it comes with workout instruction bookletThey are strong. Very good quality. Loved the variety. Excellent value for the money

Very bad product
It's just a big size rubber band. No instructions are mentioned in any of the bands. Do not buy this product.

Not recommended for heavy bands
The heavy band (black one) is not good in quality and seems to tear within a week of usage.The lighter ones seems good, but does not hold true for the progressive ones. Not worth the money spent.
