It is okay. I didn't find anything great after using it. Cough and cold still troubling me.

Very happy with it 😁 Love to have licorice mint tea! Just crush it in motar until the fibre begins to show. Add to boiling water with fresh mint leaves. Switch off gas. Let the tea brew for five minutes approximately. Stain and enjoy! The best part is, the stained fibre can be used AGAIN to make tea with new mint leaves!
