Served with a wedge of lemon and some fresh coriander, you'll be a BBQ hero in no time!Shopping List:4-6 chicken legs (skinned), 4-6 lamb chops, 4 salmon steaks or 500g vegetables4 cloves of garlic5cm piece of ginger1 green chilliSalt200ml Greek yoghurt1 tbsp mustard oil1 large lemonFresh corianderMethodEnsure the main ingredient is thoroughly dry before marinating. If using chicken, slash the flesh diagonally. For vegetables and fish, chop into large pieces.Blend the garlic, ginger, salt and chilli.Place the meat, fish or vegetable in an oven proof dish and stir in the blended garlic mixture, pour on the lemon juice and the mustard oil and rub in to the ingredients, then set to one side.Put the yoghurt onto double layers of kitchen paper and leave for 10 mins to draw the water out.Sprinkle the spices from the bag onto the main ingredient.Add the yoghurt and rub all the flavours into your ingredients. Cover, refrigerate and leave to marinade for at least 30 mins (but the longer the better). Heat the oven to 180 CPlace the dish in the oven and cook.
