I really like it

I was so excited to receive this product. Everything was packaged nicely and looked so promising. I really loved how it came with a storage case, but that is where the positives end. Because the adjustable needle is made of plastic the area where the needle and the holder are joined would not stay firmly "locked". I tried the other needles that came with it and it was the same case. the dial to adjust the depth also would not "lock".

The item arrived with the bag ripped open and all four appliques were missing. Very disappointing.
