Quality of the material is acceptable. It’s not stitched together like lungi. The cutting is really but on one of the lungi. It’s not even cut straight.

I wore these in South India when I lived there 40 years ago. They are wildly comfortable in a tropical climate, great to travel with as an extra sheet/towel/ground cloth/lounge wear. Wearing a lungi for over a year it made wonder why women ever gave up skirts or men gave up kilts. Of course then I moved to Wisconsin and I learned to love flannel jeans. These lungis (or veshtis in South India) are simple cotton wraps, they are not dhotis, which are wrapped with complex folds and are more North Indian in usage.They can be folded up to wear as a kilt or wore down in more formal situations like going to the temple (although most wear for the temple is in white). These arrived heavily starched but washing softened them up as will continued wear. They appear to be 100% cotton, like the standard cloths in India. The plaid patterns are not my favorite but as garish as some. The unfinished raw edge is also standard in everyday wear lungis. They take some getting used to but if you live in the Deep South or are hanging around the Caribbean I would highly recommend for lounge wear or beach attire

The 3-piece sarong set is less than satisfactory. The material, advertised as cotton, feels disappointingly cheap and is likely to fade with time. Unlike traditional sarongs that are elegantly sewn, this set consists of flat pieces of material with unfinished edges, giving it a less polished and more amateurish appearance.Upon receiving the set, I also noticed sticker residue on the fabric, which was an unpleasant surprise. The overall quality and attention to detail seem lacking, making it difficult for me to recommend this product. If you're looking for a durable and well-crafted sarong, I suggest exploring other options.
