Heritage Playing Cards - Garden Birds Playing Cards

Each card has a beautiful painting of regular and unusual garden birds. Nice to look at when waiting one’s turn playing cards. Educational too.

Only bought the cards for the pictures O.k not really into cards ,well illustrated cannot fault that But not going to use for playing my grandson loves them

These seem well made bonded cards. We bought them as a present for our young son, who likes recognising the birds he has seen. The pictured birds vary from fairly commonplace (like tree sparrows) to rather rarer (we've never seen a kingfisher in our garden for example!), but I think they are all birds you have a reasonable chance of seeing in Britain, and the pictures are uniformly very attractive.

Worth it for the designs alone. The cards are just standard bridge playing cards. Quality is average. But they are a great novelty and fun to play with. And the price is great but you can get them even cheaper on the actual heritage site. But their whole range is so fun to look at and actually play with, you'll probably walk away with 10 decks instead of just the one.

I have the weather Heritage cards (very informative) and these garden birds are just as lovely. I use them whilst teaching my grandchildren how to play rummy, knockout whist and all the other card games. We love them. High quality materials.
