This stuff works great. It is easy to use and dry's quickly when using a thin coat. Once dry it is a solid watertight bond a little rubbery. It adheres nicely to concrete and lightly abraded paint. Very happy with its performance. Great value.

Does what it's supposed to do so far so good will the test will be during the winter and we will see after that I would be but for now this product is remarkable goes on easy put a paintbrush and it can be a little messy at times but it's a good product sticks to cement and definitely waterproof and dries quickly

I bought this to seal a crack in my foundation. Now I'm sealing everything. Driveway? Sealed. Gutters? Sealed. My neighbor’s questionable garden gnome? Sealed it just in case. This stuff is THICC with two Cs. It goes on like tar, sticks like regret, and dries like vengeance. You could probably use it to patch a hole in the space-time continuum.

Easy to work with... takes a bit to dry. I used it to protect stair stringers in the bulkhead. I let it sit for 48hrs and it will was soft. Also used it on an area where the bulkhead and the foundation meet up. Very easy to work with, used a small roller and a brush. I did 3 coats on everything, and it has very low to no odor. I think it will work well. I might get another gallon to keep on hand.

I opened the container to find their product hard like it was almost dry. I had to get another bucket scoop half out as a little water and mix. It finally came back to life and I was able to use most of it. I don’t know how long these have been on the shelf but it was almost not salvageable. Luckily I got my job done but just be weary of their products and ask them to check the product before shipping it.
