My cats love this!!! I got them one of the balls that roll around too. The balls are too slow for my crazy cats! This thing goes pretty fast. Little stones get caught in the wheel gears and the wheels stop spinning. I get out a little screw driver, take the top off and pick out the stones and fuzz that gets wrapped around the wheels. It goes on carpet and hard floors. It goes from hard floor on to area rug with no trouble. Comes with extra tail attachments. The squeak is kind of annoying and has no way to turn off but my bigger male cage seems to like the noise. It’s not the worst noise tho. This really was worth the money compared to all the other expensive cat toys out there. Battery lasts long and don’t take long to charge.

Freaked my cat out and will not touch it.This toy is extremely loud from the mechanics to the very poor quality sound it emits.Toy gets stuck on its tail anytime it reverses and rips feather from the end.Does not do well on carpet, on hard wood floors it takes of like a rocket smashing into objects as it does not try to avoid anything.This product is of poor quality.

This is a fun toy for the cats. They will see it on the floor and swipe at it and it will set the mouse in motion again for several minutes of play. It is fairly loud and it doesn't work on carpet. It needs a hard floor to zip around on. Mine died after 4 months of use but there is a one-year warranty and they provide a contact email address so I will see how their customer service is. I want another one because the cats have fun with it.

The mouse is revhargable. Has sensors that cause it to change direction when it comes close to an obstacle. Goes straight/in circles/reverse and changes speed. Cat bats it as she walks by; makes her feel POWERFUL. Only problem is the noise in middle of the night; not too obnoxious in daytime. Have bought 2 spares as it costs less than $10. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. My cat loves this toy. The instructions say to charge it fully before first use which is what we did and have had no issues. I honestly don’t think I have charged it for at least a month. I just leave the switch on so she can use it whenever she likes. I like that it comes with a second set of feathers because they do get stuck in the wheels occasionally. On that note though, I would be careful for cats with long hair because if they flip it over when grabbing at it, the wheels can suck up their hair too. Overall it’s a pretty good toy and my cat loves it, but it is extremely loud and kind of obnoxious. If your cat is afraid of loud noises, do not purchase, it will probably scar them.

This was great for the first 3 months, then the recharging stopped working. The quality of the batter my is awful. I tried reaching out to the seller as this is supposed to have a 12 month warranty, no response. Would be great if the warranty was honored or if they fixed the charging capabilities.

Cats hated this thing. It is way too noisy and stopped working after 2 weeks.

The media could not be loaded. Most fun, well designed cat toy I've seen in some time. I can't speak to longevity, as we just got it. But it charged rapidly. And I love the fact that it shuts off after 30 seconds of inactivity. Even more important is that it turns on with a pat from my kitty. It came with extra tail, which is needed as I'm sure my boy will destroy the first one eventually. So much fun to be in the other room and hear him start playing. Highly recommend!
