This product had bits in that resembled little bits of plastic ,I had to throw it away & bought another from elsewhere. Would question if this is genuine as I have used this product for years & the texture feels different

I have been using this creame for several years due to its moisturising capacity. But this time I had very bad experience as when I opened the container the return window was already over but to my surprise I found out the pinkish water and the solid part separately and it smells weird. I would like to get my money refunded.
