It’s great that you can still get octonauts toys. They are cheaply made but my child was excited to get the full set.

Good value but not for a gift.I got these because it's what I could afford at my sons Bday in Nov and needed figures (to accompany the Octoray found at a significant discount). One figure broke same day. Within the weekend another 2-3 had broke. I was able to put them back together a couple times but he quickly realized they're weak, hollow, easily broken and will fall back apart... dissapointing.(I expected it, but we're poor enough I had to try these. For this reason and they are perfectly good as cake toppers and at the price of fancy cake toppers I gave 3 stars.)For Christmas I got him the official brand play set 5 figures that's like 3X the price and they're still perfectly intact 2 weeks later. Strong, solid plastic. If you can spring for the good ones, do.

Good if you plan to use them as cake toppers or decorations. But when they get into the toy rotation you can tell how cheap they are. The eyes and things do come off, and I was never able to get Peso's penguin feet on.

These were very nice figurines. The work perfect with the Octonaut Playhouse.
