Large Exercise Mat 6'x6'

A great purchase and even better customer service. Shout out to Zoe for his patience and tremendous help in getting me my mat. There is a reason people have almost unanimously rated this product 5 stars, and it deserves ever star. I highly recommend, without any hesitation. The mat is versatile, sturdy, and easy on your feet for dynamic movements. The mat does not slip and slide, and it support your every step and movement. I tore my Achilles in 2016 and as a result my feet are sensitive to surfaces, this mat has been fantastic for rehab exercises for me and yoga exercises for my wife, highlighting again just how versatile and comfortable it is. I bought this mat for my wife and I to convert a small part of our home into a viable workout area considering our new reality that is COVID. I am a retired college football player with a lifelong history of staying active with a routine gym schedule. My wife is an All-American college runner who now competes in marathons. We invest in our health and fitness and have been Equinox members for the past 6 years. As you can imagine, the closing of the gyms – although we completely support every measure to contain COVID-19 – was a disruption to our workout routine. In an effort to bring the gym experience to our garage, we purchased the Gxmmat and haven’t looked back since. We use the mat for weight workouts, circuit exercises, yoga, rehab, and stretching exercises. If you’re looking for a solid product that will not disappoint, this is your mat, do not hesitate to invest in one. P.S. How did I ever workout on my bare hardwood floors before this mat? That's all I keep thinking every time I've worked out since purchasing. I like the durability and the quality of this mat. It doesn't slide around like some other mats do when you move or jump around. I frequently use it for boxing and other workouts with jumping/sudden movements and the mat feels secure and stays put. It's also very easy to clean which is great because I sweat like a pig during workouts.

I wanted something to help me feel comfortable on my super hard floors while working out without equipment. This is everything I was looking for! I hesitated because of the price, but it was a great purchase, speaks for itself! I use it for all my body weight excersises on hard (porceline?) floor. It's large and spacious enough for anything I would want to do solo and doesn't hurt my knees on it or feet when jumping. Not thick enough for my tail bone, (but that's more a me problem, not the mats fault). The thickness is perfect and I wouldnt change it even if I could. Feels incredibly durable, will probably last decades indoors properly cared for. I love the texture and the light shine. It does get slippery when you sweat, the gloves they include help tremendously! I'd also recommend purchasing grippy socks to go with it. Then, I would say, for comfort, a second one (or larger) would be needed if you wanted enough space for two people to excersise together. Overall, I would say this is the best home workout mat! Donate your yoga mat to someone in need because you won't regret it when you recieve this one!

Takes a little while to lay flat, and has a slight odor when first unrolled. When doing floor work, hands may slip a little, but overall fantastic gym flooring. Comfortable for BeachBody workouts, weights, suspension training, etc. Great under equipment too. Super easy to keep clean.

I have had this mat in my basement gym for several weeks. It is heavy enough to lay flat and not shift on the floor while using it. The surface provides enough cush for my pissy knees. It feels great on all body parts. The surface does dent while using it but recovers quickly enough. Mine has a few slight impressions from the shipping straps but nothing that affects use. I shopped tons of other options and am frankly surprised I could purchase something of this quality for the price. Recommend. Also to note, customer service, if needed should be exceptional. Vendor reached out to me to ensure I was happy with the product. BTW, the mat comes with an unexpectedly nice transport bag!

Because gyms are closed and I still need to exercise I bought this cardio mat to protect my wood floor and to provide a non-slip surface. It works perfectly and its the perfect size for the area I'm using. Wished I had purchased sooner for those foul weather days that I don't want to leave the house. The mat is great for a variety of cardio and strength training exercises. You won't be disappointed. This mat is thick and wider than the average yoga mat. It doesn't slide, slip or curl. I'm having less joint stress using this mat, it absorbs some of the shock. The mat doesn't have any strange odors and doesn't need to be aired out. I'm glad I purchased it.
