Damaged upon arrival
Missing part of the wood on the bottom, front and corner. Nice box if it wasn't damaged. Tried to return through Amazon but can't. I'm stuck with a Christmas gift I can't give.

Warning--not returnable even if damaged in shipment
I like the box and it is the perfect size for my needs--however, it arrived with the wood split straight across the middle of the top, and when I went to return it, I received the notice that it was not returnable. I did not see this information anywhere on the page describing the item and I am not happy about this, but I just glued the crack and I'll deal with it. However, I will not buy anything else made by this company.

Box did not seal properly. Hard to keep tea in a box that won't close all the way.
