Best Tulsi tea I have ever tried. Perfect flavor. I do add cool water to mine after letting it steep a couple minutes. I don't like a strong concentrated flavor and I don't like it hot, just moderately warm. It doesn't need to be sweetened, but you can add a little raw honey and even a little lemon for a change up flavor. One small cup a half an hour before bed and the stress and busy of the day just falls away. Great tea for frazzled nerves. Helps me sleep, but doesn't leave me groggy the next day like passionflower tea does. Tulsi is good in general for anxiety, it helps reduce blood sugar as well, which is interesting, because sugar can cause jumpiness/anxiety. So kind of makes sense. Anyhow it is nice to have a tea that is both tasty and comforting.

The 3 stars is for the packaging. The tea itself was as described. The packaging though is a nightmare. The tea is packed in plastic and then shoved inside a bag that is entirely too small. When you attempt to open the plastic bag be prepared for the mess. Yes there is an adequate amount of tea in the bag but shoving it into a smaller outer bag defeats the generous amount of tea.
