Quality Materials, decent fitting
Cool Knife. screw was a bit loose and the lock was tight i took apart the knife and softened the spring lock and now the blade sits perfectly centered as intended. the blade is excellent and the frame feels nice in the hands. the screws are small torx screws. let its be noted the "bearings" if you could call them that are two plastic washers that just pressure fit in the grooves, there appears to be no moving ball bearings.

The quality is amazing. Feels great, holding also very sharp out of the box overall, happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend it classy perfect if you have to wear at the office or even outdoors.
