But I shouldn't have to reach out to you to ask what is happening. I see that the package couldn't be delivered. I had to reach out to the buyer to figure out what happened. I will still give 5 stars regardless of what happens.2. Thank you for making it right and fixing it and the speedy delivery.3. I love the color and the size and how my cats have space, it's very soft and has many places for my cats to lounge.4. It's very solid and easy to assemble and also very sturdy.5. Also it was not as expensive, it was able to fit in my budget, as I have seen more for more money. But it was this style and color I wanted.6. I would recommend this for other cat lovers.Thank you

This cat tree is very large and it took my husband 2 hrs to put it together! It has a lot of parts to assemble. But it is a nice tree! I picked the light color to not show hair as bad! Sturdy and nice! Very tall and holds alot of big cats!

Got this in mid December 2024. Now after time as gone by I have to say it is still doing good with 3 cats. I think they see it more as a jungle gym. The 4 starts is because at the bottom where the large scratch pad is, is missing the part for the bolt to screw into. It's just a wooden hole. Other than that it's a good product.

Easy to assemble. All the parts are included and the holes for the screws all line up as they should. One thing to note is the bottom of the A part (the base) has one silver part that I was unsure if it matters what attaches to that and couldn't find any specific notes in the instructions, but later found out that the bottom scratching board will have to attach to that silver part on the base. So to save other buyers the same frustration of having to turn the base around after already assembling some of the steps, I am mentioning it. This is well built, sturdy, and excellent size for my five cats. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy this again for other rooms in my house.

Excellent! Cats love this and it's huge. I have three cats and there's plenty of room for even my two 16lb cats. They have already shredded the rope columns and if I had one improvement it might be a thicker grade rope on these parts but Better my three have enjoyed clawing on that than my sofa. It's easy enough just to wind on new rope. Highly recommend this unit for multiple, large cats.

This is a great size for a great price! They hammocks are not sturdy enough for my older cats so they won't go in them. But this is worth the money, it's cheaper then I've found anywhere else for this size. It's durable and it's never fallen over or even shake. My cats absolutely love it and it's so soft!

I have a LARGE, 20# Norwegian Forest cat He and a tiny 10# cat. The 20 pounder was getting too big and heavy for my 7 ft cat tree. I did a lot of research for a large cat tree. This one looked great. Very center based so he couldn't knock it over. I took apart the old cat tree he had outgrown and got rid of it. I opened the new box and it took 7 1/2 hrs to put together....UGH! The written explanations were a disaster. I would put a section together and THEN found out the writer was WRONG and I had to take apart sections and put together the houses and THEN put it back together. Now, when I finished, I realized that there is NO space for my large cat to jump up on to go up levels. This tree was specifically advertised for a large, 30# cat. What a joke. There are 8-10" of space (waaaaay to small) he is supposed to be able to jump up onto. The opening for the houses are too small for him to get his body into. For my smaller 10# cat has to jump onto the large bed to get to her smaller perch much higher!!! She ALSO cannot jump up onto the levels because they are TOO SMALL. There are NO platforms for either cat to jump onto. Extremely poorly designed. I have put it up to my windows so my cats can jump onto the window sill to get to the beds on the very top. The rest of the cat tree is NOT USED. It is absolutely impossible for either cat to "fit" on the 8-10" of space. I am stuck with this now. I will eventually move it into my bedroom for them to be able to use those window sills to jump up to sleep on the beds. I am looking for another cat tree that is designed better to put into my living area for them to play and chase each other around. SO FAR, these Chinese designers have built all of the trees the same. NO SPACE for a cat to sit on or turn around on to move further up the tree. Oh, well, live and learn. I hope this review serves to save money and time for someone else NOT TO PURCHASE this cat tree!!!
