I was looking for a dual shower head system—one that provides a rainfall shower to cover the entire body and another handheld option for targeted cleaning. This system offers both features and also includes a sliding bar, allowing me to easily adjust the height of the handheld shower head. This means I don’t have to hold it while using it, which is a major convenience. I couldn’t find many other systems that combine dual shower heads with a sliding bar. My only concern was that this particular system is made in China and not from a well-known brand, so I was unsure about the availability of replacement parts in the future. However, after reaching out to customer support, I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. They not only answered all my questions but also proactively sent me a spare part I had inquired about. Truly excellent customer service!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Let me begin this review with a shout out to their customer service because they truly deserve the praise. We bought this shower system for our master bath renovation which was recently completed. When we used the shower for the first time, we found an issue with the hose that was attached to the handheld. We immediately contacted the seller via email. They responded the next day and asked us to send a video so they could properly asses the issue. Within two days, we received the new replacement part which was even an upgrade from the original one. All this time, they had kept us posted thru email. To our pleasant surprise, we found out that this product comes with free replacement parts within 5 years! PRODUCT: We are 100% satisfied with this item. It is beautifully made & high quality for the price. The matte black finish & minimalist design is so sleek. We like that all the controls are all housed in one & easy to figure out. Even our contractor thinks this is a really good Amazon buy.

Looks great and was well packaged. The only issue I had was with the wand's supply fixture. The NPT pipe was too short to clear the thickness of the wall so I had to makeshift a fix to get it to not wobble. Fix worked. I would buy again.

High quality product at a great price! I have Hansgrohe shower systems in 2 bathrooms and this Gabrylly shower system in my guest bathroom and all of them look great and perform great! If I had to do it over again, however, I wld've just purchased all Gabrylly systems and saved close to $2K. The customer service is also outstanding. Every email was returned no later than the next day, and they shipped me a missing knob that came off at no cost to me! I highly recommend this shower system and you won't be disappointed!

So far so good. Exactly the color I was anticipating with the brushed gold. So beautiful! The shower head is somewhat large so if you are ordering for a smaller shower I would recommend checking the size to make sure it doesn’t look awkward or will fit in the space.

Ordered Gold Brushed Shower set and received only three items gold brushed, all the others are gold mirror shiny. Tried to get hem to replace them, good luck with that, ZERO after sale support customer, ZERO after sale support from Amazon! Think again ordering from this seller!
