ScoutsBoy's Scouts Trousers, Navy, 7-8 Years UK

Perfect for a cub scout of 8/9 years old. My son has a slender waist but these trousers fitted perfectly.Very hard wearing and has survived multiple washes without any visible loss of colour. Stands up well to the rigors of outdoor use.It's tricky shopping for clothes online but I am very happy with these trousers.I would recommend these for a aspiring cub scout!

Be warned, these are enormous compared to the stated ages! My son is 50th percentile height and weight and aged 7, and the 7-8 size are 12cm too long and just about adjust to be small enough to sit on his hips... with the crotch hanging 10cm lower than it should be. Even if he was 8 these would still be massive - the sizing is just plain wrong. Suggest you order down a size unless you are handy with a sewing machine or needle and thread. Good quality though... hence the 3 stars

Great robust trousers and good fit with adjustable waist. Value for money. Pockets are very useful too but beware what small boys put into them before washing!

Good quality material but really big in size

The trousers look wonderfully practical, but they are massive - not only in length, but in leg bagginess too. I have had to pack them away for a couple of years, and even then I imagine that when the length fits that the leg girth will be too wide. Shame, as otherwise it looks like a good product.

Really happy with these, my son is only just six but big for his age, and although a little bit long they are a great fit and hopefully have enough growing room to see him through his time in Beavers.

Perfect with adjustable waste but long on the leg, nothing rolling up won’t fix and seems to stay in place after rolling up. Big pockets perfect for beavers/scouts.
