Q: Has anyone bought this product direct from Avon? can you tell me how "wet/damp" the pads should be? mine are quite dry & package says out of date.

I think they should be slightly moist & the date on the box is the manufacture date, the use by date is usually 12 months after first use, there should be a symbol on the box that looks like a tub with the lid off & should have a number on it, usually a 12.
