It is one the genuinely clean protein powders. Absolutely no issues with solubility or digestion and gives a good portion of required daily protein intake. However the quantity for the price is less. A 500g pack lasts for only a month if you have it once a day. Which is quite expensive. One probably cannot depend on it for long term regular use.
