I had ideas for a nightclub for lego figures but could not find the right style of building, saw this set and it offered what I was looking for.Managed to complete the build over 3 days, the nice touch are the LED bricks. Just as pictured, works well

Item arrived very quickly and is excellent value for money (compared to the "proper" brand). As you would expect from a non-branded item, the quality is ok but not 100% and I found the assembly instructions a bit confusing in parts. Some sections of the instructions were incomplete and a few tiny pieces were missing. The result was that the tops of the ground and first floors (third floor not yet done) were uneven and did not line up. Some of the very tiny pieces are difficult to find in lots of lots of small bags, although they are clearly marked by floor. That said, I've not completed the entire building yet and I'm thrilled with the contents of several musical instruments and other very useful features, e.g. two rounded balcony balustrades. For the money, pretty good and lots of nice colours.

My son loved this but a bit frustrated as a piece is missing. Obviously after spending hours building I am unable to return the item. Please contact me to resolve this

Obviously it's not the L-word, but it doesn't matter, it works in its own right, I haven't actually tried it with any other bricks. I got this for my mum who works with kids that have special educational needs. She works with one lad who loves building stuff but doesn't want to bring his good stuff in to school, so this has made a nice addition to his education.

Much better quality than all the alternative big brand sets we have tried. The attention to detail is great, with seals in tanks, birds, lighting etc. The instructions are picture reference, so we did mess up little bits to begin with. But each stage comes in clearly labelled bags The only difference we have found so far is that the pieces are a bit stiff to push in, but then again, that makes them hold better. I am really impressed with the quality of this set and is a fantastic price compared with big brands. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from this line again.

This part came snapped, therefore unable to use this at all

At almost 1500 pieces - most of them small, this will take a good deal of time to complete.Impressed with the quality and the parts fit together well. I can't see a 6 year old making this, but it's good bonding for parent and child to make this together. Parents will probably get more out of it as it needs patience - which youngsters don't come equipped with.Great gift for adults too, and in those winter evenings it lights up.
