The inbuilt tuner is rubbish tune your guitar then check with top quality tuner and at lest one string or two will be well out.But the guitar makes up for it as the action is nice and low.Guitar is a well made musical instrument of highest quality.Appart from the tuner but buy a good quality tuner and have the best kitI have since sent it back over the tuner issue and the internal mic did not work even plugged into a amp. Or the volume on full was pitiful.But even with these faults it's a lovely guitar. One day I will buy the full size but not new perhaps a refurbished or used to get the price down. But I will get another in the future some time .... I could not keep it with a inaccurate tuner and mic issue got a full refund. Sounds Fantastic unplugged and plugged.

The guitar is very well made and sounds amazing, I would highly recommend it.

Action not good doesnt stay in tune as said although is ok only compares to my current guitars good sound but battery does not last 16 hours as specified

Playing from 7 years old. This acoustic guitar is the best one I ever could dream. Lovet it!!!

I got this guitar and I love it. It looks good and sounds good as well. However, I was playing it outside during sunny day and OH MY GOD I was burning my hands and fingers. The guitar got so hot I could not properly handle it let alone play on it. I have purchased other guitar from this line (White Lava Me with Chinese characters) and it was fine. I do not know whats up with this one.

Whilst searching for somewhere to buy a Nova Go SP1 I contacted Enya who told me this:"Please note we do not support or warranty anything bought from Amazon or outside the uk unless through one of our authorised retailers"So just do some research before buying from here.The guitar itself looks great from YouTube reviews that i've seen.
