Yes. It is very light. The clip on the back may be in the way or snag on clothing though.

Q: Can this fit a standard id and the thicker white rfid passes together?

Yes, it can hold a good many cards. It fits standard ID/DL sizes with a clip located inside of the holder to keep them tightly secure. The more you add the tighter. But even just 1 card fits snug with the resistance. Great product.
