These 2 arrived standing up side by side in a box and they were packed perfectly. Who ever wrapped the bottoms to secure the soil in the pot and packed them is an asset to this company-they obviously care about what they do. RARE these days. I measured and the floor to tip height is four feet, i was figuring it would be closer to three because thats how most companies roll- but they did send me palms at the maximum height described. I had doubts about ordering live plants but these are beautiful and healthy. The pots look ceramic but they are plastic which is great because I have to move them around for sunlight. I’m very happy with the quality look of the pots. I decided to try them because it says its a small business and id rather give money to them over the big corp stores. I am not disappointed and i will be getting more beautiful plants from these guys.👍🏽

I rarely leave reviews because I am rarely as impressed as I am with this purchase! I was very hesitant about ordering a live plant online but after not finding what I wanted in stores or finding it but poor quality, I decided to give ordering online a chance. It will not be my last time! This palm is BEAUTIFUL! It far exceeded my expectations as far size, condition, and overall experience. I am a plant lover and will be ordering again and again from this company. Note: this picture is straight out of the box so it will need time to adjust and shape out but wow!

Update 3: I bought this plant twice, and did two replacements each time. All 4 majesty palms were infested with Spider Mites, which are extremely difficult to treat, and are contagious to other plants. This company is good, but this plant is horribly managed. Avoid this plant at all costs. Update 2: After reaching out again to Costa Farms customer service, they offered an apology, replacement, and a token of good will. I thoroughly inspected (including with a magnifying glass), cleaned, and sprayed a ton of insecticidal soap on all the plants multiple times. I will post an update if they sent me more plants with spider mites or other serious pests, or I will update in a few months to verify the status then. I changed the rating and title from 1 to 4 stars, as the service may have saved them. Update 1: The treatment I mentioned did NOT work, and the spider mites came back immediately. I used an entire bottle of Miticide (Neem Oil) after thorough cleanings and it didn’t phase them at all. These are incredibly resilient and pervasive pests (based on internet consensus and my own experience). Do NOT buy this Majesty Palm Tree from Costa Farms. The title says is it all. The plant came with Spider Mites, which I didn’t notice until 2 months later (conveniently after Costa Farms return policy expires). It looked beautiful at first, but gradually became infested with spider mite webs. These things are very hard to eradicate, and by the time you notice them it’s spread in your home and on any plants nearby. I had to treat my perfectly healthy orchid in the same room, as the mites traveled to them via the air. The first photos are of the mites, and the last photo is after my first treatment. To treat, I cleaned the entire plant with soapy, damp paper towels (I use safe Blueland soap). I then sprayed them throughly with Natria Neem Oil spray. I did my second spray 4 days later (today), and will finish the bottle with my third spray in 7 days. I contacted Costa Farms about this, and they offered no support and just told me to talk to a gardener. They did not acknowledge or say how they’d address this spider mite problem, despite me and 20+ other customers on this product page reporting it. I recommend avoiding this company for this product (they were fine for their Snake Grass and Bird of Paradise plants), and if you do buy it, immediately clean and spray it with Neem Oil multiple times as a preventative measure (as I detailed before).

Product came well packed for shipping. Plants looks great and healthy . Also came very soiled . Going to buy more .

Beautiful plant! Came super healthy and happy. I’m giving it 4 stars because it is larger than expected. Which is great for most people but for us I was really hoping it would be 3-4 foot. Without the pot it’s over 4 foot and with the pot it’s 5 foot. It’s actually so big I was able to break it apart into two plants which is great lol! Just not what I was expecting. I highly recommend this company though, this is the 3rd plant I’ve bought from them and they’re healthy and have already grown since I received them!

I have purchased 2 of these. They both arrived in great condition—beautiful! But both died within 2-3 months. 1st one I thought I didn’t water enough; 2nd one, I was very careful about watering & it died too. I think it may have to do with the overhead fan in the room. Won’t buy a 3rd, but will buy a different variety of plant.

Onboxed my Cat Palm (3-4 foot size) and was extremely happy! Looked exactly how I hoped, lush, green, full, and tall. However, upon closer inspection (and some searching) it seems to have some infestation. I looked for a way to contact the company, but didn't see the usual link. I will quarantine it from my other plants and hope I can kill whatever it came in with without harming the plant. Any suggestions are welcome...
