Pros: - Drastically improves video/camera quality, especially in sunny days. - Great texture and coating. - Open design allow air to travel to the innards to cool things down. - Can pack the Mavic with this installed while using the gimbal lock and the rubber cover on it. - Can protect the fragile gimbal and camera system in a crash. - Fits almost perfect . - Fair pricing. If you're looking at this, you most likely know this part reduces glare and thus improves image quality. You can keep this installed on the Mavic with the gimbal lock in place and put it in the bag facing down without any issues with the rubber cover on, however you must remember to remove the sun shade to remove the gimbal lock (the remote will notify you if you forgot to do this). This particular one is the injection molded one. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good sun shade.
