Received item in plenty of time, unfortunately I had to return as item had a scratch and as it was a gift I returned. Returned item with no issue and received payment rather quickly. Love the item and worth the money

Love these but......
I brought 5 of these for my grandchildren for their Christmas eve boxes, every one was made beautifully, except for 1, the letter 's' was scratched all down 1 side so I will have to order a different one in replacement. Otherwise value for money, all the initials were accurate and a great way to get them saving from an early age x
