Fits like a glove. I love it. I wore this on the first brackets for 2 days all day at work then today I moved out to the middle one, wore it all day at work & I just worked out in it before these pictures. I love it. Snatches me perfectly. Fits my long torso perfectly. I'm 5'10" & 210lbs I love it. Once you get it on you will not be able to pull it up or down so make sure you adjust it before you snap it together though. You can't even tell I ha e it on at work. I've gotten so many compliments saying how much smaller I look.

ok so speaking as a 20 year old in 2025 and having boughten this in 2021 (size small), IT WORKS AMAZING. I still have mine and it is still as tight as the day I received it. This has definitely helped getting a slim waist, but it has to be consistent. I am a big girl 5'7 and weigh way over 150lb but it has slimmed my waist down over the years. I don't suggest wearing this outside to go somewhere under clothes, it brings out the fat under the back and creates upper rolls idk what they are called lol. I've used this when doing anything in my house and it also makes me loose my appetite because of how tight it is. The pictures below are the results of using the waist trainer. In the first two pictures (the blue dress & black crop top i cut myself & thought was cute) i was in my junior year of high school and weigh ~160 pounds while the next pictures are more recent (~180lbs) I haven't used the waist trainer as much as before.

Size up like two sizes! Will not return because need for future use once goals achieved. Very great material otherwise.

I’m 5 foot 4 1/2, I weigh 187 pounds xxl fits me fine. It’s super comfortable. However, I don’t like the feeling on the outside, but I only have to deal with the feeling of it when I’m putting it on and off.

The quality of this waist trainer is great it's very breathable and helps with posture. The size is amazing its built with a long torso so it cover all the stomach areas.
