As expected
This is a good option for when you need to charge something small. It will not work on larger items. The solar panel is easy to take with you due to its compact design, which allows for convenient travel. It works best in intense sunlight, rather than on a cloudy day. The battery charges my phone just as fast as it would if it were plugged into the wall. When comparing to the competition and price, this is the best you can get. If you want something more substantial, you would need to spend a significant amount more money to meet your expectations. This product is as expected for the price you pay.

Very Good Source of Power for around the Home or On the Road
This is the second of these power packs for me, got a second one as a backup and for taking on the road while the first is busy at home, I use one 24/7 as a power source outside my place for a security camera that is made for plugging in and needs a good source of power. A 30 watt solar panel keeps this power pack charged.

WORTH IT!!
Worth it and considering it is a cheaper costing generator it did not disappoint on delivering quality! Ive only used it once for a camping trip and it was used as a lantern the whole weekend as well as charging peoples phones and only used 1 notch on the battery life. Love Love LOVE this purchase.

A lot of power in a small convienent package
Was excited to try this, unfortunately it was a bit of a let down.First off, I fully charged it via a power outlet prior to use. I used it to power my two small low resolution monitors, keyboard/mouse, and work laptop. Starting at 100% power, within about 90 minutes of low power ordinary work usage (meetings, emails etc) the capacity dropped to 60% (AC)Then, I decided to try the solar panel outside in direct sun on a clear day, to help maintain the charge of the unit. Zero power is being generated by the solar panel, and the green light indicator does not come on, regardless of whether I plug in the battery via the provided DC connector, or just trying to test any small usb device directly into the solar panel - still no green indicator light. It appears the solar panel does not work and the battery pack seemed to lose charge rather quickly for just doing very minor tasks to power a laptop/couple monitors for an hour - which lost 40% of the charge in that time. With that being said, 3 stars is given. If the solar panel actually worked as intended I would have given another star. Will update if it magically starts producing power, also instructions in the manual were bare minimum.Update 9/13/25 -----After contacting customer support regarding the defective solar panel, they reached back out promptly and quickly offered to remedy the situation, after showing the problem, to provide a replacement solar panel and a full refund. There are few brands that will stand by their products this strongly and provide such rapid response times, which I highly appreciated. Based on this positive outcome I am increasing to 4 stars.

Light and portable
Light weight and portable enough to travel with and carry outdoors. Received an email form the seller explaining on the proper why to charge and maintain the unit. That was very helpful.

NOT 300 watts AC, NOT PURE SINE WAVE, NOT MPPT! DC doesnt' work??
So, this thing would be pretty sweet if it came anywhere close to the listed specs.... I love the form factor, it's a nice size...but performance wise, this is HOT GARBAGE! Don't buy this unless you can get it for maybe 50 dollars.--NOT 300 watts AC! NOT PURE SINE WAVE!One thing you will notice is the AC output says 300 watts MAX. when something says xxx watts AC MAX, that figure is basically meaningless. The only meaningful figure is the continuous output. and for this little jewel that number is less than 100.I have a 15 watt wi-fi router, and it runs that fine with the AC adapter...I have a laptop with a 300 watt dock/power supply (but the laptop only draws 100 watts max when the dock isn't engaged (just pass-through power). When this battery is fully charged, it can barely power my laptop (which generally draws about 30 watts. The laptop becomes glitchy and almost unusable. I QUICKLY unplugged my laptop and i hope it didn't damage it.so basically, what i could determine from this is that this thing provides < 100 watts continuous, and it clearly isn't a pure sine wave either. it can handle a 15 watt adapter, and that's about it.--DC doesn't workI tried plugging in a car cigarette lighter PD adapter, and also i tried charging a portable air compressor using the 12V dc port (again with fully charged battery pack). the USB PD adapter made the battery pack glitch and turn off instantly (with no load plugged into the adapter). The portable air compressor did NOTHING.--NOT MPPTi plugged this into a 5 amp 20V solar panel (which is high quality and works very well). I measured the voltage and current several times... so evidently the "maximum power point" according to this thing is...13 volts and 2.4 amps. that's ALL it ever measured.so... like that's not the maximum power point, by my calculations... that's about 30 watts from a 100 watt solar panel. (and this panel DELIVERS 100 watts in full sun). even if the voltage was held to 13 volts, i would understand.. batteries have certain charging requirements, but the current should have been 5 amps in full sun. pathetic.

I wouldn't mind buying this product again in the future.
This thing worked wonders in emergency situations and I would by it again. I was kind of pressured out of it after months later.

Powers Our Ministry Wherever We Go — Reliable and Easy to Use
Simple, Portable, and Surprisingly PowerfulSetup is a breeze. The solar panel unfolds easily, and even on partly cloudy days, it pulls in enough juice to keep us going. The generator itself is compact but holds a decent charge—we’ve been able to run a portable PA system for hours without issue.
