Really a great little popping machine!
I really like this little machine. Put a little oil in the bottom, measure out the popcorn in the cap and put it in, put on the bowl, put some butter slices on the top, and turn it on. Then just sit back and wait as the machine begins to stir the popcorn. After 3 or 4 minutes you'll get the first pop, followed by a explosion of rapidly expanding kernels... The butter is melting through the holes in the top, dropping on the freshly popped corn, and coating it evenly and well. When the popping is down to every few seconds, just turn it off - pop the cap on, invert the bowl, and Viola!, you're done! This is much better than any bagged stuff. This little machine is well worth the money, works great. I am posting one pic... Why an empty bowl? This is AFTER all the popcorn is gone - the unpopped kernels - count them - a whole 8! You can't beat that. And NONE of my popcorn was burned - you don't get that in a bag.

I like it. Much better than my last.
The media could not be loaded. I did not get paid to make this review. I feel like I need to say this because I have nothing bad to say about this. I had purchased another popcorn maker from somebody else which I know right away already makes me sound like I’m some kind of influencer or something. But I’m not Let me tell you what I personally like about this. The other one that I had looked pretty cool. I like the idea that that thing would spin around and I like that concept so I bought it immediately about a year ago. I’ve used it for a year and the popcorn was good and I was excited to have an automatic popcorn machine. However , the cap that goes on top of the bowl didn’t really ever work very well. It looked like the lid for like a coffee can. So also, I didn’t have a lid. This one was great. It literally popped up the corn. It just looks like it’s more solid. It didn’t less than five minutes. It does OK. I don’t even care it could’ve been 10 minutes. I still would’ve been happy. But for some reason, the popcorn was super fluffy. The thing was strong enough to push the popcorn in circles, even when it was Popped near the top. I did use these bags that you could see in my video. I don’t work for that company either. But I did like how they are automatically sized. I like the oil they use. But I don’t like the powder, so I always put Salt, pepper, garlic, and real butter. But it has the lid lid is substantial and solid and it snaps on. The bottom that is on there is really great. It’s really substantial and snaps on really hard. The only microscopically bad thing is so microscopic. I should even mention it. Is I can’t figure out when I should put the butter on the top to have it start dripping in because it pops so fast which is a benefit problems we want to have. That I don’t know when to put the butter in and if it goes too early, so dripping in the pan and then it slows the popcorn down. At least that’s what it did to the other one. So screw it throw the butter in the microwave melted Throw it in on top after you crunch it out. It is really substantial I really love my popcorn maker thank you whoever invented and created a quality product will always sing the praises of quality products in the marketplace.

Great popcorn!
We’d gotten into the habit of buying bags of prepopped popcorn, which was inconvenient and really expensive. Tried some microwave brands and they just didn’t taste as good. So we got this popper and it’s been great! It’s very easy to use and paid for itself in about a month, and the popcorn is about the best we’ve tasted. The quantity is just right for two people and a movie. I use just slightly less than a half cup of kernels because a true half cup sometimes raises the lid just as it finishes popping. Also, I invert the whole assembly when it’s done, before turning it off, because it only takes a few seconds with the stirrer not turning to burn the popcorn.I haven’t had any problems cleaning it and don’t see how it could be easier and still work as well. The bowl and cap are soaked in soapy water along with the stirrer and plastic nut, wiped with a dish sponge, rinsed and dried. The base I wipe with a paper or cloth towel to remove the oil and butter. The non-stick coating wipes clean. It seems unavoidable to get droplets of butter in the countertop; these are actually harder to clean than the popper but still not much work.I do have a few critiques—minor to me but maybe more important to others:There is a lip about a quarter inch wide, on the bottom heated portion, which the clear lid/bowl sits on. It’s too wide, so kernels can sit on the lip and not get popped. This is the main source of the few unpopped kernels we get each time. The clear top isn’t really a reliable bowl because the cap doesn’t stay tight when the bowl cools off, and can leak residual butter and oil on my table or lap. So I dump the popcorn into another bowl. Which is a good time to sprinkle salt in.
