I rated this product 3 stars because it does work but I personally did not enjoy using it
Package came in rather quickly. Prior to using it on my child. I decided to use this product on myself. I used the adult (metal attachment) filer on I had quite a hard time filing my nail. There were times where my nail would slowly got to an area where it goes against the area where it would file smoothly and it bounced off and actually scared me but nothing happens. It took quite a long time to file my nail and every time I would try to press my nail down to file more quickly my nail would bounce off again. The light attachment did not cast a proper lighting off the nail. And I had a hard time seeing. Also I used the buff attachment and it did not buff the nail at all. Because of my nail getting caught against the nail filer. I was too scared to use this product on my newborn baby. I rated this product 3 stars because it does work but I personally did not enjoy using it.Update: my daughter has managed to scratch herself pretty badly so I finally over came my fear that the product may hurt her and I finally used it. And I must say it works very well. I was pretty impressed with how well. It still in some areas bounces off the nail and I do get scared or the baby gets startled but over all it is very gentle and easy to use. I do not have to worry about hurting. It is even soft on her skin. Just don’t use the metal attachment head.

I am definitely pleased with this item
Wish I would have had this for my older children. Cutting a baby's nails is very difficult since they never want to cooperate and stay still, This takes away the hassle. With this nail file you dont have to worry about accidentally hurting the baby if they move, which they all do. I am definitely pleased with this item!

Babies enjoy it for sure!
I was a little disappointed cause it was a nail file only but at website it said nail clipper. I thought it was 2-in-1 nail clipper. I would say give it a credit though because the baby enjoyed it right after crying. But the nails are not fully cut though.
