If you’re looking for a functional box at a fair price this one fits that build. Are there better ones out there yeah sure there likely is. I needed a functional stable solid box to use in my fitness and this is it. Bonus if you are handy and can take a little time prepping and assembling this box, it can meet the most demanding needs with a fit and finish of the high end ones. I Sanded the handle areas a bit smother and I used gorilla glue on the joints to solidify as a solid platform. (Remember gorilla glue foams up and needs to be wiped as it dries). The finish is good on this and did not require any sanding, it is fine as shipped. I found it is easy to assemble, has good fit ,finish and solid thick plywood in the end should last a long time.

Bought to add step ups to our exercise regimen. Thought about just building one from scratch, but went this route. The assembly directions are poor. However, the pieces all fit together well. Do not tighten the screws till all pieces assembled, or it's hard to get the last side to fit. And you need a power drill to set the screws, not a hand screwdriver. And they send a tiny screwdriver with everything. It has to be a joke. I did have some areas around the screws splinter when the screws were tightened. All in all, it is as good as I could have made from scratch.

Super solid plyo box at a great price. I thought about building my own from scrap plywood but I would have had a lot more time into a weaker and less finished wood box and couldn't be happier with this box.Now I did have to dock a star for assembly because if they really think you can easily assemble with the tiny screwdriver they provide (thanks though!) you're going to have a bad time. There's no way you'll sink the screws in flush by hand. Assembly is quick and easy with an impact driver or power drill.The only other tip from another review that I followed was to use a countersink bit on the two small side support screws so they are flush. After this, fit and finish is very nice. I would recommend this plyo box.

I don't have a screwdriver but got this in the mail today & was able to get it together enough for a cardio workout! Can't wait to get an electric screwdriver & get it fully put together so I can safely do lots more without worrying lol :) sturdy, easy to assemble, good product

Box was easy to assemble and pretty straight forward. Looks good and feels sturdy. I’m 200+ and stepping up and down on it with weight feels stable and solid.Please note that I do not jump on the box so I cannot attest to sturdiness around that, however non-dynamic exercises have not given me any pause.
