First impressions are that I am really impressed by this brand. It took me a LONG time to choose a collagen supplement as it feels like the market is flooded with them and it can get very confusing. I discovered Heal U before it was initially released and my immediate impression is that it has been created by someone who genuinely cares about creating a product to help people rather than mass produced, over advertised rubbish so many are hoodwinked into purchasing. For me it ticks all the boxes; what it contains, how it tastes, right down to the packaging being environmentally friendly. Supporting a small business is also an added bonus. I'm also impressed with the price given that it's a much better quality product than many other more expensive brands. Meaning I can easily keep up with regular use. I was pleased to see the product has been packaged very well, given that it comes in a glass bottle, I had my concerns. But the full recyclable packaging kept it safe in transit. The taste and texture of this product is absolutely delightful and the mini personalised measuring cup is such a lovely touch. I'm excited to encorporate this into my daily routine and very excited to see what results it yields. I'll update this review in a few weeks/months with hopefully an honest account of the changes I notice. For anyone who, like me, has been overwhelmed with the choice out there with regards to collagen, I highly recommend stopping right here and trying this brand. **UPDATE #1** Well I've come to the end of my first bottle and I'm pleasantly surprised to see some results already. I'm noticing my nails are in MUCH better condition! I have always had white marks on my nails and they've been pretty knackered of late due to my awful habit of picking off my gel polish. But today I noticed that almost all of the white marks have gone and my nails are strong, smooth and shiny. Being a hairdresser and having my hands in water and chemicals a lot, they have never been in such good condition. Really impressed and I am thoroughly enjoying taking this every day. **UPDATE #2** I am just coming to the end of my 4th bottle marking around 2 months since I started regular daily use of this supplement and oh my gosh, what a difference this has made to my life! A very surprising change has been my menstrual cycle. Since having my 2nd baby via c-section my periods have been heavier and much more painful, particularly on the first 2 days. The first period I had after starting this product I honestly kept forgetting it was that time of the month, absolutely zero pain. I thought it might be a fluke but here I am again a month later with no cramping in my pelvic floor that I was struggling with so much. As well as that, since having both my babies, I have struggled with my hips/groin area. If I had gone on a long walk or (forgive the tmi) but if my legs had been in a somewhat unnatural position for any length of time, walking would be very uncomfortable the next day. I haven't noticed that pain for a while so I'm taking that as another positive win. Simply thrilled with what thus product is doing for me.

I have recently changed over to this liquid brand of collagen after my powder collagen was leaving my drinks tasting strange and not seeing any results and being more expensive this however is working a treat, the taste is lovely and the consistency is good, if you don’t want it too thick then keep in a cupboard not the fridge, my skin is looking clearer and brighter and my energy levels are better too! I like that it comes with clear instructions and the dosage lid, the size of the bottle is very generous too for the price. I’m excited to see more benefits, if you’re looking for a new collagen brand then I highly recommend you give this a try.

This is my third bottle of healu collagen and I wanted to really try and test it before leaving a review. Firstly, I’m super impressed, it’s the strongest liquid collagen I could find after being advised postpartum that I should take a collagen supplement to support joint pains and recovery after birth. I struggle to swallow tablets and have tried collagen powders in the past and just cannot stand the taste. This liquid collagen is so silky smooth and TASTES AMAZING, it doesn’t have that weird fishy smell like other ones I’ve tried.the only way I can describe it, it tastes like a tropical cordial cocktail! I do prefer it cold so it’s good it needs to be kept in the fridge. I love the ease of it, just a simple shot! Now it’s been 3 bottles later, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in postpartum recovery, joint pains, but also my skin and hair feel and look amazing! I did get a little hair fall out postpartum, but I feel like since I’ve been taking this my hair is growing back so much faster and thicker. It’s a good priced collagen too, most on the market is so much more expensive and have less collagen in it and less of the more potent type of collagen. So worth it and defo will be continuing to purchase!!

I’ve tried collagen powders in the past and never really saw any noticeable results, so I was quite sceptical about trying another one. I’m really glad I did though, because this one has genuinely impressed me. I noticed a difference much sooner than I expected. My skin feels smoother and more hydrated, and I’ve also noticed less hair shedding which has been a huge plus. The taste is really nice, the texture is smooth, and being a ready to pour shot makes it super convenient. The packaging is lovely, and for the size of the bottle and the results I’m seeing, it’s excellent value.

Definitely not a 16 day supply, mine lasted less than 13! Disappointing considering the product itself tastes good and is easy to take.
