Beautiful lamp but I thought the sand continually moved but I think u have to flip it but I'm not sure bc I returned it

Nice combination of sand visual and fun idea to combine it with the light. Dimmer is a nice touch.

Nice Bedside Light- Sand Art is a nice effect!
The light came well packaged and really does not need any installation. The sand art fits in the holder in the center of the light. From the cord is an on/off switch-- if you turn it on-- the light is bright-- in order to change the mood of the light-- you need to turn it back off- and then on-- ....... The light did not come with instructions on how to set up the remote-- I googled the product and saw a video of someone having the same issue of trouble shooting the remote. The remote needs to be next to the switch on the cord-- THEN when you press "Sync" it will sync to the switch. From the remote the light mood and brightness can be adjusted a lot easier. I did find that the remote did not work all the way across the living room where I had it placed-- I had to walk closer and have a direct line to the switch before it would turn off the light. The other issue-- was when I unplugged it and moved the light to my son's room-- I had to resync the remote to the switch. In order to get the effect of the sand-- you need to pick it up or slide it around with your hand-- the sand falls quickly in about 1 minute-- (I honestly thought the sand would turn on its own) Even on the brightest setting-- this is not a light for a large room-- it makes a nice light in a bedroom (kids) room. I have seen similar lights for a much lower price-- so for this to "just" be a light with sand art in the middle-- it is very expensive!

Thought it would have more motion to it. Rotate the picture ever so often.
