Can it be used for pressure washer?

Do not use this with a pressure washer. This item, like all pneumatic equipment, is not rated for much more than a few hundred psi. Your pressure washer almost certainly goes higher than this.

Can the flow direction be reversed? I willbe attempting to use two compressors in parallel to increase volume for sand blasting.

Air direction does not matter so you can combine two compressors. The issue I had trying to do sandblasting with 1/4" connectors is going to be flow rate. Most 1/4" connectors are only passing around 32-40 CFM. Even with two good sized compressors I wasn't getting the air flow I needed. A holding tank near the blaster and 3/8" lines helped a lot.

Will this work with a V Style coupler?
