2 tubes were broken and leaked in transit. Company sent out tge relevant colours within a couple of days. Colour wise they're vibrant and last well. They fade consistently and hair looks healthy

Missing hair dyes and a couple of the dyes has split and leaked everywhere opened the box and it was an explosion of hair dye it's useless threw them away in the original box because it was such a mess of dyes I'd like a refund please All the dyes had leaked over other products I ordered at the same time could barley slavage hen I'd like a refund please!! Didn't even get to use anything out of it

Missing tube of colour
I recently bought this product as a Christmas present for my daughter she was originally thrilled with this product however when I opened the box today I discovered there was a tube of colour (Wild Purple) missing which is a little disappointing when purchased as a gift.
