I would have liked this item, as it seemed to work pretty well for a short time. Heated up the space pretty quickly and looks nice. HOWEVER! It worked for exactly FOUR MONTHS (120 days) and then DIED. So, unless you want to rent it at about $1.25 per day, I would steer clear of this piece of junk.

I purchased this for my office at work, as I get really cold from the A/C being cranked up. I work for a construction company & it's much more important that our office guys (and crews when they come in) are comfortable. I can add layers, but no one needs them stripping down! Hahahaha! It adds a peaceful touch to my office & I use it everyday with at least the flame lights (heat turns off when not needed). Unlike a coworkers, this one shows the flames on front AND sides, so I get many compliments on it from people when they walk down the hallway.

Love it! Got it just in time. I live in Texas & we had our first winter storm. My central heat & a/c is a heat pump. Heat pumps are great, except in temperatures below 25 degrees. I have very high livingroom ceilings & it can be very cool in livingroom. I used this heater in the livingroom as supplemental heat source & have central heat on 66 degrees. I was amazed at how well it heats the room & very quickly. It is so cozy with the fireplace on. The only thing I dislike, is there is no thermostat. Otherwise, very well made & so cozy! Having said all this, have been running it for about 48 hours. I am worried about a huge electric bill, although everything I have read says they are energy efficient. Highly recommend!

I received this electric fireplace stove on 10/1/2024. Began using the very next morning. Today is 2/20/2025. Unit will not come on. Power button seems to have lost its functioning ability and won’t stay down. My sockets are fine and are not tripped. Have unplugged for extended periods of time to see if it would reset with no success. No manual or troubleshooting suggested available either.Do not waste your money or time on this product.

I love it it looks great on my enclosed porch it's just beautiful it gives out heat and I'm very satisfied!!
