I received my order, and almost everything came in the box along with the camera—an extra battery, a waterproof case, a regular case, and several other accessories. Unfortunately, the memory card was faulty, but when I informed the seller, they immediately issued a refund of about $10. I’m satisfied with my purchase, but I would like to share my opinion.First, for consumers: to connect the camera to your phone, you must turn off mobile data; otherwise, the connection won’t work.Second, for the manufacturer: it would be great if a mixing and editing app were provided either for free or at a reasonable price. This isn’t a cheap camera, and the consumer deserves a free or low-cost gift like that.

This camera is great, the construction is really robust and clean. One important thing for me, due to previous experiences with action cameras, is the availability of replacement batteries, and SJ have a excellent supply of replacements. The only cons that I found is that you cannot use it as a USB Web Cam, you have to stream directly.

I haven't had a chance to use it on my bike or on the slopes yet, however....-Camera feels very solid-Case and waterproof case were both included-Included a wrist-mounted remote....I'm excited to try that out-Came with two batteries, dual charging base, and USB-C cable-They included every mount I could ever need except maybe a chest-mount-The user interface is simple and easy to use, setup was super easyFirst impressions are very good! I haven't had an action camera since the original Contour HD came out over 10yrs ago and I was pretty let down by my 1st gen Cycliq cameras. I'll check back in with an update after my first ski trip of the season.

Nice camcorder. BUT it gets hot an the external mic is terrible scratchy an tinnie sounding

After less than a year of use, one of their batteries had swollen inside the camera, such that the case was separating (clearly compromising its water-proof integrity). I sent these pictures to SJCam and their reply was, "Thank you for contacting us about the battery swelling issue with your camera. After evaluation by our technical team, combined with the attached photos and description, the camera shell separation caused by battery swelling is not covered under the product warranty. The specific cause may be related to non-product quality factors such as battery usage environment or charging methods. Considering your needs, we can provide a paid repair service.​" You be the judge if you think they are standing behind their product or not.

The media could not be loaded. I am happy with this bundle that has all the attachments that I could need, plus 2 batteries, and water prof casing. The remote control watch is really handy when the camera is locked in the water-prof case. The LCD screen is really good and sharp, and the metal body feels nice in hand. The focus distance is locked, so do not expect it to focus on anything very close. I added a picture and a video that this SJcam took for anyone who's interested to see for themselves. Couple of tips, double tap on the back LCD screen to switch to the front LCD. When Camera is in ultra 4k mode, it doesn't do stabilization.

The media could not be loaded. Had to request a replacement because it came with some memory card issues. This is actually my second SJCAM. The first one is c200 and it stopped working after only a month, also because of some memory cards issues I believe. It was a good budget replacement for DJI and GoPro but all these returns and replacements are really annoying and time consuming.
