Very cute. Takes a bit of strength to put certain pieces in place, so there could be difficulty with that, but I had fun building it for my LPS haha. There was no missing pieces. The detail is very nice, there is LED lights for each floor. It’s a bit pricey in my opinion.

My granddaughter loved this for her birthday . Only down fall is it docent fold up . But it has lights where it lights up inside like a real house

Such a cute and fun house. The build of this house is totally adorable. I absolutely love it and most of all you can stock with furniture.

Worst house I’ve purchased. The house falls apart. My child can’t play with it without it coming apart. There’s no point or sense to it.

My granddaughter loves Calico Cats. This was the third "house" piece she added in order to fit her growing family of cats. Love how she can rearrange all three pieces to end up with multiple house set ups. The only problem she has is keeping the rose trellises from staying attached to the railings.

My daughter loves this and plays with it a lot. It’s the perfect scale for her other small figurines, tho we did get her one calico figure set that matches our family. However… for the price, I can’t recommend it. It’s fairly brittle plastic and it’s annoying to put together. It snaps apart pretty easily and we have already broken a few places where the plastic tabs insert into another plastic piece, so the broken tab is now stuck in the slot. I think it’s great for someone who might want to seriously touch it up, glue it together, and use it to stage the calico critter families. For a 3 year old, I’m not sure if this will last more than a year or two.
