i love that they stack easy and don’t take up much space. i have 3 dogs 2 of which have incontinence/obsessive licking issues and ruin my furniture. these keep those ones off the couch. lightweight, easy to use, easy to store, seem durable, good bang for your buck

My 3 pitbulls always lay on the couch. It was cheap furniture we had for years so we never replaced it due to the dogs. I decided to go ahead and get a nice sectional that's light colored and prayed this would work. I connected these together in spots using the ties in the box. I went to work today and when I came home, the dogs were not on the couch and they weren't moved either. Tip, take your dogs paws and touch them with light pressure. That way the dogs know it won't feel good to jump on. I did it 2x with each dog and they never jumped on the couch! I put them further back since the dogs can't sit on the edge and that works best! I put the pillows on the edge of the plastic sheet to keep it in place. The stickers that come with it to hold it in place didn't work for me, so I used carpet tape instead (due to fabric type). These are a little pricey but THEY WORK! Again, touch your dogs paws to the spikes (don't press hard!) while it's on the couch and it will work!1

I had low hopes of keeping my dog off my new couch and didn’t want to break the bank or keep having to change batteries. This was so simple and worked great for us. I thought it would be rubber or silicone, so this was thinner than expected (it’s just a thin piece of cast plastic sheeting). But it works well. It can slide off the couch easily so you’ll need to figure out what works. I really liked that they provided reusable velcro ties and sticky dots to help your experience.

This has worked perfectly so far and it’s been about a week. I connected about 6 of them to go across my sofa and leave it there when I go to work and it is still there when I return. He hasn’t been able to get up on sofa to move it. It’s just the right texture and hardness to make it uncomfortable so he can’t get on sofa and lay down. And easy to move when I get home!! 100% love it

This did not work at all. I’m trying to keep the dogs and cats out of the basement. I connected them all and covered the landing going to the basement. The dogs (60 pounds and 8 pounds) walk right over it like it’s not even there. The cats delicately walk over it. Hurts when I step on it but animals are not fazed.

These are made well enough. Lightweight. Thing is some cats just don't care. You get a lot of these things for the price in my opinion but if they are determined enough these cats are just gonna walk on them anyways. Works >50% of the time.It doesn't have noise, there are no batteries, it's not comfortable. AI is weird.

Two stars because it'll likely still work for my purposes. This is 3x more expensive than most of the other scat mats so I was expecting higher quality plastic. I was very disappointed to see that this is still super cheap and flimsy. The only difference between this and the other ones is that it comes with non-slip feet (useless when each mat weighs as much as a piece of paper) and velcro connectors. I could've bought some velcro, a hole puncher, and the cheaper scat mats and still saved at least $10. There's no way to justify a $36 price tag for this.

These things are awesome. They work even better if you cut the flat part off around the edges and then they will interlock. No need for the velcro straps. I have two Goldendoodles that are almost untrainable and since I put these on my couch they don't even attempt it anymore. 😀
